Horse Farm Tour Page 2
We have spent a lot of time thinking things through to make everything convenant for our boarders and their horses. These two stalls are 12x14. The two Warmblood geldings seen in the picture are both 17 hands and have plenty of room. This gives us stall space for two larger horses. The stalls are complete with fans, hay feeders and buckets for water.
We work hard to keep things clean and neat for everyone to enjoy.
This is a nice shaddy area that is available for boarders to work their horses on hot days. This nice area has some of our trail riding coarse obsticles set up. We have a bridge, barrels, tarp, mailbox and a few other things to practice trail riding with your horse. A horse playground I guess you could say. There are several places close by that are having trail coarse competitions. You can win prizes and money.
We have large feed doors on the stall doors for easy feeding access.
One of our lush green boarding pastures. This pasture is for full board turnout.
View of trailer parking behind the round pin. Nice big circle to load/unload horses and turn your trailer around. This is a larger gypsy horse and allows you to see how much room is in the round pin.
We have several pastures set up for horses. This pasture is set up for pasture board and has a run-in-sheds for the horses. We put the round bales of hay in the run-in-shed or under a large cedar tree in the winter months to keep the hay dry and tasty.
A view of the apple tree in one of the horse pastures. The horses really love when the apples fall.
We have a nice grass riding area set up for everyone to use. There are jumps and other training aids available for your convienence. This is a young girl taking a riding lesson on a pretty pony.
Another picture of the riding field. Field is flat with good footing and plenty of room to practice whatever your discipline. It also keeps you on your game to keep your horse on task and not allow them to eat grass.
Horse pasture. All breeds and disciplines welcome. We have a place for everyone to practice what they like in a quite environment. If however you want a busy barn and a lot of people around our ranch is not for you. I have more adults who work and want the extra care I provide for their horse. Then come to the barn for peaceful quiet time with their horse(s).
Photo from one of the hay fields. The grass looks beautiful blowing in the wind. We cut hay off pastures not occupied by horses.
I hope you think our farm is as beautiful as we do come and join us. We have spaces available now.
