Horse Farm Tour Page 1
This is the main barn area. We keep things safe and clean for everyone to enjoy. We are set up for full, partial, and pasture board. We will work with you and customize your boarding needs to get you the best price. We have a nice big riding area or you can transport your horses to several local places with miles of horse trails.
We allow some extra amenities with no extra charge. You can park your trailer at the farm at no extra charge. We do blanket from time to time for no extra charge. When the weather is cold and wet.
We have access to ride at Grover River Ranch in the indoor area during winter months. You will need to call CJ in advance and it will only cost $5.
Come join us. You and your horse will enjoy the peaceful environment. We are happy to help with beginning training needs. I also have contacts for all your advanced training needs. We will set this up for you at no charge. We can assist with ground work and refer you to helpful information if you decide to train your own horse.
The new barn has proven to be a great addition. We are enjoying all the convinences it has provided. We have cross ties set up in our inside wash stall. The wash stall has hot and cold water. There is a driveway around the round pen for easy loading, unloading, and turn around with your horse trailer. As anyone with horses know it is so stressful to get somewhere with your trailer and be stuck without enough room to turn around.
The barn doors can be closed for winter washing and blocking the wind on a windy day. We also have a place to sit and clean tack, rest and talk, or take a break.
We have a 60 foot round pen for everyones training needs. Most round pens are 50 feet. I did make mine larger for draft and warmbloods. You can also view trailer parking next to the round pen. Trailer parking is free.
Easy access to round pen from both barns. We tried to make things easy for everyone. This picture was taken before the barn was finished.
We have a great area for you to store your tack and supplies. Tack is located in the middle of the barn. There is also a full size refrigerator for drinks and horse supplies to be shared by all boarders. It is a nice room with concrete floors. We have saddle racks set up for you to keep your things neat, clean, and organized.
We have several smaller paddocks for horses who need to be seperated. We use this area when a horse needs special care. We call it our hospital stall. It is a full size stall with a gate and a smaller paddock so the horse can still move around more than in a stall.
We are very proud of our farm. I hope you enjoyed your tour. If you are interested in keeping your horse with us at the barn give me a call 678-316-1196.
