Boarding your horse at Noble Companion Ranch means giving your horse the best care possible.  Owner on premises 24/7.

We will work with you to help get your horse the best training, nutrition, and meet all the needs of you and your horse. We do prefer barefoot horses or only front shoes. We can work with you to help you and your horse transition to barefoot. We have a wonderful barefoot farrier who has helped us create a suppliment program to help keep all our horses with healthy feet.

We work hard and take pride in doing things ourselves. I enjoy my life with the animals.

We had changed part of the farm over to handle horses after it had been used for cattle for years. We then decided to let a few boarders come in and share the farm. This was met with such a good response that it has required expanding the boarding section of the farm.  We had many people coming to see the farm last year and wanting to board with us.  I had to turn some away. We now have made more room to accommodate more horses.  We have completed building a new barn on the property. This will help us meet everyone needs. Inside wash stall and a lot of extra ammenities.

Give me a call and tell me what you want for you and your horse.  We will work with you to make a great and affordable boarding agreement.  I am available to my boarders at all times. Call my cell.  I have gone to the barn in the middle of the night to sit with a sick horse. I treat all my boarded horses as if they were my own. I like to build a relationship with all the horses because when something happens I am usually the first on the seen. This is what makes my barn so special. It is not just about making money.  I love what I do. I worked in the business world for 15 years to be able to follow my dreams.

Boarding

We have made boarding horses a big part of what we do here at Noble Companion Ranch.  We have lush pastures with room for your horse to run.  Horses are seperated in groups according to temperments. We want to keep horses and humans safe.

Boarding prices range from $175 for pasture board to $350 for full board.  We do give group discounts for an individual with multiple horses.

We have hot and cold water for bathing your horse inside or out. The new barn has a nice big wash stall.   We have space for a few pasture board and eight full board horses.  We have a nice 60 foot round pen for training needs. We have created a nice grass riding arena.  All accommodations have been built by us personally. This has allowed us to give you the best price for boarding your horse. We have a new sand arena thanks to mother nature and the winter floods. I'm glad something good came out of it.

We will sit down with you and specialize your boarding program to accommodate both you and your horses needs. Someone working a lot of hours may need more care for their horse than someone who is able to come by the barn daily. We have learned that each boarding situation is different and each horse may need a different amount of care.

All hay consumed by the horses is produced on the farm. We have a strick pasture maintenance program to keep our pastures healthy and beautiful. This involves spraying herbicides and fertilizing on a regular basis. We keep the pastures mowed to insure the horses get the short fresh grass they love to eat.  We also keep pastures spread and clean to keep down intestinal parasites. We also sow Rye in the fall for winter forage.

Our hay is cut from pastures that are not occupied by horses.

We have a strict worming program to ensure the saftey of all horses. You can purchase wormer from the barn or from your favorite vendor.

We have a horse playground area set up to practice with your horse. It is benefical to get your horse use to different obsticals in a controled environment before learning on the trail he/she is affraid of something.

We have several riding parks conveniently located to the ranch for you to take day trips with your horse.  We enjoy trail riding and doing so in many different places. This is good training for all horses.

We want everyone to be happy and healthy at the farm.  I have taken Equine classes at the University of Georgia to improve my ablilities in helping boarders with their horse needs. I also do research on the computer weekly to keep up to date on new and better things for our horses. This along with my 30 years of experience helps me help my boarders know when to call the vet and when the problem can be handled by the boarder.  I live on the premisses, so my boarders can call me at anytime for help.  We also have great veterinarians who are available at all times.

We want everyone to be happy and safe. This will ensure everyone has a good time at the farm.

Give me a call and tell me what you want for you and your horse.  We will work with you to come to an affordable boarding agreement.   I am available to my boarders at all times. Call my cell.  I have gone to the barn in the middle of the night to sit with a sick horse. She made it back to the show just in time to enter .
